Shipping policy
Domestic Shipping
Munch Better ships orders throughout the United States. Shipping options and charges are calculated based on the total shipment weight.
Our current Standard Shipping rates are:
- Up to 1.35 lb: $7.95
- 1.3501–2.65 lb: $9.95
- Over 2.65 lb: $11.95
- Orders $70+: FREE Standard Shipping
The $70 free-shipping minimum is based on the qualifying merchandise subtotal after discounts are applied and before shipping and taxes.
Standard Shipping is currently estimated at 3–5 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Subscription Orders
Subscription shipments use the same domestic shipping rate structure as one-time purchases.
When a subscription is purchased alongside other products, the shipping rate for the first order is calculated using all products included in that shipment. Future subscription renewals are shipped separately and their shipping charge is calculated based on the items included in each recurring shipment.
Orders meeting the $70 free-shipping threshold after applicable discounts qualify for free Standard Shipping.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipment details, and available carrier services. Rates and estimated delivery times may vary by country.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, or other fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can follow the shipment's progress.
Please allow time for the carrier to begin displaying tracking updates after the shipping label is created.
Address Changes
Please review your shipping information carefully before completing your order. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us through the chat on munchbetter.com as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to update an address before fulfillment, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the shipping process.
